Project Overview

Port1 Hospital Health Monitor Dashboard comprises the following features, Heart Rate Performance Chart, Appointment Calendar, (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Glucose Level and Blood count ) tab.

1. Performance Heart Rate Chart shows the analytics of the patients heart rate through out the week.

2. Appointment Calendar allows patients to pick a date and book appointments with their doctor.

Ideation

The decision made in designing the Health Monitor Dashboard ; We made sure the needs and goals of the user was well understood, which was well represented in the Dashboard design
